Calver does not require an account and does not operate a login server. Free users see Google AdMob ads; the Remove Ads purchase stops new ad requests.
Original source
Calver's iOS app is proprietary. Bundled components keep their own licenses: PLzmaSDK under MIT plus the original LZMA SDK terms, SWCompression under MIT, and Unrar.swift under MIT for its Swift parts. Its bundled UnRAR source may not be used to develop a RAR (WinRAR) compatible archiver, and the RAR compression algorithm remains proprietary.
